Chicago rapper, G Herbo, drops his latest single, ‘I Don’t Wanna Die,’ from his new album, 25. Over a steady beat, G Herbo’s flow delivers a powerful message of the struggles that he and fellow Chicagoans have had to endure as they are targeted in their own communities. Shot in black-and- white, the music video for ‘I Don’t Want to Die’ paints a vivid picture of the brutal realities of life on the streets.

For years the platinum-selling artist maintained a low-key grind in his hometown, only to break out with a string of successful projects, including his celebrated third album, PTSD—which quickly climbed to #7 on the Billboard 200. His new album, 25, is sure to follow suit and features collaborations with top acts like Polo G, Lil Tjay, 21 Savage and The Kid LAROI.

In addition to his new album, G Herbo has announced the launch of Swervin’ Through Stress—a mental health program dedicated to providing Black youth with the tools that they need to improve their mental well-being. To further advocate causes that are dear to his heart, he also plans to restore a shuttered public elementary school in his hometown.

G Herbo continues to be a pillar in the hip-hop community and an inspiration to all.
