The story Ollie Joseph opens up to is about his experience with a past lover he fell in love with. The feeling was mutual but due to her background, she decided to cut Ollie off. A year and a half later, Ollie has to watch her get engaged with someone else - the result is the title of the track - ‘Sick To My Stomach.’ This gut wrenching experience is what gifted us this masterpiece today. Ollie Joseph shares that this experience is what kicks off the first single on Moon & Back: The Journey.
