Montreal duo, Mayfly, release their debut EP, ESSENCE, via Canadian label, Duprince. Featuring introspective, heart-tugging ballads, the  much-anticipated EP is an exploration of authentic feelings and what it means to be fully vulnerable. With honeyed vocals and evocative melodies, Mayfly delicately express deep sentiments with ease. Emmy-nominated production duo, The Canvas Group (Rob Marshall and Nic Gracia), help bring ESSENCE to life. 

Mayfly consists of singer-songwriters, Charlie and Emma. The pair are fully self-produced and are currently making music (both in French and English) in their home studio, in Montreal. Their sound is a refreshing mix of indie meets electropop. As emerging artists, living in Montreal has been fundamental to their exposure. They recently partook in the 25th edition of the music contest Les Francouvertes—which ultimately propelled them on to the Montreal music scene.
