Oregon-born and Austin-based piano house queen LP Giobbi is the founder of FEMMEHOUSE — a non-profit education platform that seeks to create equitable opportunities for women in music. She is also the face of her most recent collaborative project with Insomniac Records, “Femme House.” The 11-song package is built on the premise of create a platform that focuses on empowerment of those who need it most in music. The project serves as a celebration of women alike with the recognition of critical changes needed to address inequalities for women in music.

“Femme House” compilation project features female electronic icons hermixalot, Mija, Coco & Breezy, VNSSA, Kaleena Zanders, Baby Weight, Karnage Kills, Mary Droppinz, HoneyLuv, Mz Worthy, Masha Mar, and Leena Punks — one of the hardest hitting compilation project line ups of all time.

LP Giobbi’s contribution beyond bringing to project to the electronic music world is kicking off the project with her single “Togetherness” — a soulful and far-reaching outcry for unification featuring frequent collaborator hermixalot.
