Let ‘I’ll See You There’ stand as one of the most influential examples in music of self-confidence and believing in what you do and who you are. Andre Cordova demonstrates a sense of identity that passionately spreads his messages within the track. His ability to tell a painful story eloquently while doing so in an entertaining manner is no easy task yet he achieved it almost effortlessly.

Based in Sydney, but raised in the Western Suburbs, it may seem an unlikely place to find someone who can croon alongside the likes of Michael Bublé and Frank Sinatra, or tap into his Latin roots with Spanish lyrics, let alone persevere in styles such as Pop, Rock, Alternative, Indie, Folk, EDM, Experimental, and a dash of Metal music. Now, inspired by the likes of NF, Andre has taken on Rap with his demonic new single 'I'll See You There'.

Cordova has officially entered the mainstream world of Trap/Rap music with an absolute banger of a song about the flaws of certain belief systems. Inspired by a conversation with an ex-classmate from primary school who reached out “to talk” a few months ago; Andre quickly realized that this boy had grown into a “total religious freak”, citing how this guy had attempted to manipulate, convert and save his soul from… eternal damnation, presumably. Why? Because he’s gay and apparently that doesn’t fly in the afterlife. How does one react to being treated with such obvious and blatant disrespect?

He was both amused and fascinated by how this individual was completely incapable of hearing reason, despite being presented in a calm, concise and polite manner.

At the end of the day, this song is the angry voice of the minority. It’s a cumulative experience as the majority of people within the LGBT+ community have been forced to deal with this abusive nonsense for far too long. But let’s suppose this nutcase is right.
