Jakk’d (@jakkdmusic) has collaborated with singer/songwriter & based content creator, Alicia Sky (@aliciaskyofficial) for one of her recent hit singles: ‘Ghost (Jakk'd Remix)’ streaming everywhere today
Alicia Sky is a singer/songwriter & content creator based in LA originally from Northeast Pennsylvania. She started singing and writing songs at age 7 and knew this is what she's supposed to be doing. She’s had 6 songs featured on MTV Siesta Key and CMT Music City, was an MTV featured artist, and opened for Ryan Cabrera at the iconic Whisky a GoGo. In 2019 she was honored to have won an award for Artist of the Year from indie C2TVAwards.
If you haven’t heard of Jakk’d, this EDM duo consists of Vjay Seminiano (@vjayseminiano) & Max Dean (@_maxxd). They’ve been working together for several years and have been on their grind doing amazing work so far in 2020 between their remixes and EP work and even a collab with Rico Act released in January. Jakk’d has big plans for the rest of 2020!
Prior to 2020, Jakk’d has made big time progress on their craft developing their sound while amassing notable features on big time channels in the process. Most notably; Jakk’d can be heard supported by Martin Garrix on Sirius Radio as well as Vindata at Ultra Music Festival and Two Friends on their Radio show! Not to mention they opened for Griz, 4B, Ghastly, and 12th Planet.
Alicia's voice reminds us of Taylor Swift & Carly Rae Jepson and much of her writing is inspired by pop songs of the 90s & early 2000s that she grew up loving and adopting into her style, blending it with the current sound of today.
Her infectious optimism, chase-your-dreams mentality is a huge part of her mission while hoping to inspire others in the process. She believes her purpose is to share positivity and creativity with the world through her music and visuals.
